JCandray Engineering is an engineering firm owned and operated by Mr. Julio Candray who has over twenty years of practice.   Mr. Candray is a graduate from California State University of Long Beach with a BS degree in Civil Engineering since 1995; And, his work experience includes working with the Public and Private industries.

Our engineering designs are consistently reviewed for conformance with the most recent: adopted Building Codes, Federal, State and local policies and regulations.  We use the most recent CAD drafting and engineering computer programs available in the industry;  And, we are prepared to expand our staff upon our service demands.
